  • LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

    Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. has created an 18-month Leadership Development Program designed to cultivate the next generation of leaders in logistics and supply chain management. This structured program provides participants with comprehensive training through a combination of classroom education, hands-on experience, and mentorship from industry professionals.

  • PROGRAM STRUCTURE

    Foundational Training: Participants begin their journey with 3-6 months at Benore’s Main Terminal in Greer, SC, where they receive in-depth education on logistics operations, leadership principles, and business strategies.

    Rotational Experience: Following foundational training, participants will engage in 6-12 months of experiential learning through rotations across Benore’s headquarters and remote terminals in at least two locations of the following locations: Erie, MI; Rossville, GA; Jefferson, GA; Ellabell, GA; Auburn, AL; and Summerville, SC.
